18/2/2015, Wednesday, grafted the very delicious creation of our first steamboat, after a five hours of dedicated preparations of food dishes- Soup stewed from the white chicken, three types of mushrooms, two types of vegetables, a plate of fish balls, chicken, pork, and seafoods, plus a creatively designed plate of strawberries and grapes. Totally a heavenly varieties of food for a first time. We put some of the food into the pot, wait for a few minutes, and it was ready. At first, it wasn't very successful- the soup flowed out a little. The following turns were better then. The food were extenly tasty with the smell emitted from the soup. Mmm... We were thinking whether the food were enough for us. We changed our mind after one of the seafood was dropping our appetite. We were full by then. Everyone of us were pretty much tired after the long day of works. We had a little rest, then went to sleep.Maybe next time, we should try taking the seafood out of the fridge sooner so they would quickly warm up and also start the preparations earlier. The next day is another big day. Happy Chinese New Year!
